This film succeeds on so many levels: the direction, the story's surface-level themes, the theological possibilities, the drama, the fantasy, the adventure, etc.

1.The direction by Andrew Adamson and the special effects were nice.

2.The acting was also fabulous. Tilda Swinton is amazing as the White Witch. Little Georgie Henley as Lucy, Skander Keynes as Edmund, William Moseley as Peter,Anna Popplewell as Susan and Liam Neeson as the voice of Aslan were also suitably majestic and comforting in their portrayal.

3.Plot:- The 4 Pevensie siblings have to leave their town because of the bombings of WWII and stay at a woman and a professor's house. While playing a game of hide-and-seek, Lucy, finds a wardrobe to hide in but she finds a place named Narnia inside it. The four children then go in together. They battle wolves, meet talking animals, encounter an evil white witch and meet a magnificent lion named Aslan and last are crowned the kings and queens of Narnia.

But there are some mistakes in the movie also.
Mistakes:-
i) When Peter finds the note about the capture of Mr. Tumnus he pulls it down off the nail, ripping the top edge of the paper. In a following shot the top edge of the paper can be seen fully intact, then ripped again.

ii) When Susan goes to practice her bow Lucy joins her. Lucy then throws her knife at the target and hits the bulls eye dead on. When the camera pans back to Lucy with a big grin on her face you can see her knife tucked safely away in its sheath.

iii) When Edmund is talking to Peter after they've found out that Aslan has died, Edmund has a cut on his lip for most of his close-up shots. But after Edmund says, "Aslan believed you could and so do I," in his next close-up shot, the cut on his lip has disappeared.

Hope it helps!
