Answer:

Yes, there is a valid contract between Mr A and Mr B.

Explanation:

  • Offer + Acceptance + Consideration = Agreement
  • Agreement + Essential Element = Contract
  • Here, offer is given by Mr. A and it is accepted by Both Mr A and Mr B via email and post respectively.
  • and Mr A offer Rs 2 crores as consideration which fulfills the condition of Offer + Acceptance + Consideration = Agreement.
  • when Agreement + Essential Element are accepted it becomes a contract.
  • Essential elements are as follows
  1. At least 2 parties
  2. offer & acceptance
  3. Intention to create legal relationship
  4. Free consent
  5. Possibility of performance
  6. Capacity of parties
  7. Lawful object and consideration
  8. Consensus-ad-idem
  9. legal formalities
  10. Agreement should not be expressly declare void by the law.

Therefore, there is a valid contract between Mr A and Mr B.
