Given,

Number of books carried by Mr.Anand at back of his car = 326books.

Each box contains 25books.

=> Let, the number of boxes be x.

If each box contains 25books then it takes 4boxes to contain 100 books.

1 box ------ 25books

4boxes ----- (25×4)books.

=> 4boxes ----- 100books.

=> 326 can be split as (100 + 100 + 100 + 26)

=> Now for 300 books let the no. of boxes be x.

=> 100 books ----- 4boxes

=> 300 books ------ (4×3)boxes = 12boxes.

Now, no. of books left over are 26.

But , we know that 25books can be fitted in one box.

now, total boxes = (12+ 1) = 13

There fore , total no. of boxes required to keep 325 books is 13boxes.

Now, no. of left over book is one.
