3x +2y =4

2x-3y =7

6x+4y =8

6x-9y=21

13y=-13

y= -1

2x-3y=7

2x-3 ( -1)=7

2×+3=7

2x=10

x=5

thus, x=5,y=-1

Answer: y = 13/5

Step-by-step explanation:

lcm= 6

2(3x + 2y=4)

=6x + 4y=8

3(2x + 3y=7)

=6x + 9y=21

therefore,

6x + 4y=8

-6x + 9y=21

0 - 5y = -13

y = -13/-5

y=13/5

therefore,

2x + 3(13/5) = 7

2x + 39/5 =7

2x = 7 -39/5

2x = 35-39/5

2x = -4/5

x=-4/5×2

-8/5=x
