Mr. Deena got 435 goats and divides those among his three partners namely X, Y, and Z in certain ratio. Out of the total goats received by each of them, X sells 25 goats, Y sella 30 goats and Z sells 40 goats and now thr ratio of goats with them is 19:23:26. How many goats did X receive frok Mr. Deena?

so total goats sold will be 25+30+40=95

then total goats remaining will be 435-95=340

let goats left with X be 19a,left with Y be 23a and left with Z be 26a.

total goats remaining will be 19a+23a+26a=68a

and these must be equal to 340.

and these must be equal to 340.therefore

and these must be equal to 340.therefore68a=340

and these must be equal to 340.therefore68a=340a=5

hence no.of goats X had initially=(19×5)+25

=95+25=120
