mr.eshwar a foreign citizen leaves india for the first time in the laste 20years on November 20th 2014 during the calendor year 2015 he comes to india on 1st september and stays for a period of 30days during the calendor year 2016 he does not visit india at all but comes to india on jan 16th 2017 determine his residential status for the assessment year 2017-18
