Mr Gupta and Mr Mathur want to buy a plot of land each. the property dealer has a square plot in a rectangular plot of the same perimeter. the rectangular plot is 18 long and 30 M ,broad with Mr Gupta wants to buy. does Mr Mathur get the larger plot of the smaller one and what is the difference in size?

the perimeter are same which means
(80+30)×2=4×x
55=x measure of side of square
area of rectangle plot is 2400m2
area of square plot is 3025m2
