Hey mate.... Here is your answer:✌️

Total cost of the estate = 34+2 = 36 lakhs

Cost of two fifths of the estate = 2/5×36=14.4 lakhs

Selling price of two fifths of the estate =
14.4-20/100×14.4=11.52 lakhs

Cost of one third of the estate = 1/3×36=12 lakhs

Selling price of one third of the land =
12+25/100×12=15 lakhs

Cost price of the remainder of the land =
(1-2/5-1/3)×36=9.6 lakhs

Selling price of the whole estate to make a profit of 5% = 36+5/100×36=37.8 lakhs

Selling price of the remainder of the estate =
37.8-15-11.52=11.28 lakhs

Profit % = (11.28-9.6/9.6)×100=17.5%
