450 ml of medicine he has in a month

Kadam needs to buy 3 bottle of medicine every month

Solution:

Given that,

Kadam has 3 spoons of medicine every day

1 spoon = 5 ml

Then,

3 spoons = 3 x 5 ml = 15 ml

Thus, he takes 15 ml every day

How many milliliters of medicine does he have in a month

1 month = 30 days

Therefore,

In month he will have : 15 x 30 = 450 ml

Thus, 450 ml of medicine he has in a month

If one bottle has 150 ml , how many bottle of medicine does he buy every month?

1 bottle = 150 ml

"x" bottles = 450 ml

Solve by cross multiplying

1 \times 450 = x \times 150\\\\150x = 450\\\\

x = 3

Thus he needs to buy 3 bottle of medicine every month
