Mr lamb and Derry both were same, Mr lamb has a tin leg while dairy have a burnt face.

but there is a difference in their thinking Mr lamp enjoy his disability and Derry did not enjoy his disability, due to this he has began avoiding public place and develop a withdraw attitude and become unconfident

And Mr lamb have understand his problem to make him confident he make him to see the world from new side

he explained him that everyone was his friends and he enjoys the company of others and he also make realised that he was lucky that he has two legs ,two arms ,two eyes and a brain he can do much better than others if he decided to do .

and after also this Derry get fully changed and become confident and starts seeing the world from new side.

all this instance of Mr.lamb and Derry proved that they are very close friends.
