Mr Mehra pay's a rent of rupees 25000 per month for an apartment .the landlord increased the rent by 9.5% .by how much has the rent increased?

25000×95/1000
=2375
25000+2375=27375

2375 rent increased,,,,25000 X 95/1000=2375.
2375+25000=27375
