Mr Menon had ₹2,25,000. He gave 1/3 of it to his son, 1/5 to his daughter,and the rest to his wife. What portion of money did his wife get and how much did she get?

amount Mr. Menon had = rs.2,25,000

son got =1/3
daughter got = 1/5
total=1/3+1/5=8/15


so, 8/15×225000=120000

so, his wife got (225000-120000) rs.1,05,000
