principle-80000

rate of interest- 6%

time- 3 years

Now,

S.I= P×R×T/100

so, 80000×6×3 and 6 percent means denominator so percent 100 is in denominator

SO,

80000×6×3/100= 0 is cutted with zero of 80000

then after cancellation you will get

Rs. 14400

so now he buys necklace of Rs.88000 and he has 14400 simple interest

so now

Amount= S.I+PRINCIPAL

=14400 + 80000

= 94,400

so he buys necklace so Subtract amount of necklace from THE AMOUNT

94,400 - 88000

= Rs.6400

money left=Rs.6400

hope its correct and helps you
