let the total property be = x
sum given to her son = (1/4)x
sum given to her daughter = (2/3)x
sum given to her niece = 700000
total property = sum given to her son + sum given to her daughter + sum given to her niece
x=(1/4)x+(2/3)x+700000
x=(3x+8x)/12+700000
x=11x/12+700000
x-(11x/12)=700000
(12x-11x)/12=700000
x/12=700000
x=700000×12
x=8400000
her total property= 8400000
sum given to her son = (1/4)x
sum given to her daughter = (2/3)x
sum given to her niece = 700000
total property = sum given to her son + sum given to her daughter + sum given to her niece
x=(1/4)x+(2/3)x+700000
x=(3x+8x)/12+700000
x=11x/12+700000
x-(11x/12)=700000
(12x-11x)/12=700000
x/12=700000
x=700000×12
x=8400000
her total property= 8400000
