5 A + 8 M + 14 X = 140—--(2)

Multiply (1) by 2.5

5 A + 7.5 M + 12.5 X = 125 —(3)

Substract (3) from (2)

0.5 M + 1.5 X = 15

M + 3 X = 30 ——(4)

Substract (4) from (1)

2 A + 2 M + 2 X = 20

A + M + X = 10
