Length l = 20 Cm
Breadth = 10 Cm

Area of One Tile = L * B
                            = 20 * 10
                           = 200 Cm^2
Let there be n number of tiles used to cover the balcony

Thus 
Total Area = n * 200
 1000 = n * 200
Thus n = 5 Tiles
