Mrs Roy buy a packet of art paper at rupees 750.00 and sells them at rupees 2.50 per sheet. Calculate the profit or loss,if each packet contains 500 sheets.

cp of one sheet = 750/500

                          = 1.5 rs

sp of one sheet =2.5 rs

cp of one packet =750 rs

sp of one packet =2.5 x 500

                            =1250 rs

profit =1250-750

=500 rs

profit % = 500 x 100 / 750

             =66.6 %
