Let the age of rekha be x and goels be y

ACTQ,

$x + 27 = y - - (1)$

and

$2(x + 8) = y + 8$

$2x + 16 = y + 8$

$y - 2x = 8$

$y = 8 + 2x$

using equ 1 and 2,

$x + 27 = 2x + 8$

$x = 27 - 8$

$x = 19$

putting x in equ 1,

$y = 19 + 27$

$y = 46$

so,

rekha present age = 19

mrs goels present age = 46
