i am extremely sorry for my daughters behaviour towards you.as you know she is our only daughter and i have always tried to keep her happy by fulfilling her demands.after mr shaw's death she has grown more arrogant and usually remains alone and never ever talks to any one she is not bad but she is just like a coconut from outside she is arrogant and agressive but from inside she is so sensitive and caring therefore l once again apologize for the childs misbehaviour.
