Our school placed order for recording equipment for the English lab on May 20, 2019. We received the consignment on June 4, 2019. On opening the parcel we were in for a shock. Three of them did not work. You are requested to replace them. I hope you won’t let our long business relations be affected by any undue delay in the replacement process.
