Virus ki periodic cycle one week ki hoti h. Or one week ke ander ander ye viral cold thik ho jata h. or isliye ye bhi kaha jata h ki cold hone pr medicines nhi leni chahiye , kuch dino bad ye apne ap thik ho jata h.
