First don't panic.

You've enough time to complete it.

(Before you start studying, prepare a equation sheet which contains all the equations & formulas in your book. )

Start with chemistry. Read the book carefully.

Do the same with bio n physics too.

Try to cover all the chapters as soon as possible. Then allot 2 hours at the end of the day to have a short revision of all the chapters. If you have extra time at the end, try solving sample papers.
