x - 3y = 8         Eq1

5x + 3y =10      Eq2  

Add both the equations

6x  = 18

=> x = 3

Substitute x = 3 in Eq1

=> 3 - 3y  = 8

=> -3y  = 5

=> y = -5/3

x = 3  and  y = - 5/3

None of the given option matches

Hence correct answer is Option d) None of these​
