False.Because in multiplication fact when two negative integers are multiplied it is changed to a positive integer.
BUT
In division fact if a positive integer is divided by a negative integer and to obtain the right quotient of that division we multiply the negative integer divisor with a negative integer to get a positive dividend or vice-versa.

Answer:

true

Step-by-step explanation:

Because (-8) × (-10)
