Multiplicative inverse of any fractional number is its reciprocal. You cannot have 0 in the denominator's place. 20/0 is not defined.

To define division, p/q means that p is divided into q number of parts and each part is the answer. Dividing by 0 has no meaning as one cannot divide a quantity into 0 pieces.
