Multiply 2 13/45 with the reciprocal of 20/27.

➫reciprocal of 20/27 is 27/20

now solve:-

➫ \frac{13}{45}  \times  \frac{27}{20}  =  \frac{13}{15}  \times  \frac{9}{20}  =  \frac{13}{5}  \times  \frac{3}{20}

➫  \frac{13}{5}  \times  \frac{3}{20}  =  \frac{39}{100}  = 0.39

➫ 0.39 is your answer
