Reciprocal\ of  \frac{-5}{14} =  \frac{-14}{5}


Then,

 \frac{2}{11} \times  \frac{-14}{5} =  \frac{-(14\times 2)}{(11\times 5)} = \frac{-28}{55}

Therefore the answer is -28/55.
