The sum of -3/7 and 5/14 is --

 \frac{( - 3)}{7}  +  \frac{5}{14}

L.C.M of 7 and 14 is 14

 \frac{ - 6 + 5}{14}

 \frac{( - 1)}{14}

Product of 4/13 and -26/9 --

 \frac{4}{13}  \times  \frac{( - 26)}{9}

 \frac{104}{117}

According to question,

 \frac{( - 1)}{14}  \times  \frac{104}{117}

 \frac{ - 104}{1638}

Hence,

Hence,The required answer is -104/1638
