Muscles attach to the bones with the help of Tendons.

It is a connective tissue which is fibrous and is the connecting factor that joints the muscle to the bones.

Tendons are composed of collagen and they bond the muscle to and around the bone so that the body is able to move around properly, as it the muscle that uses the bones as a lever to facilitate motion and locomotion.
