Germline mutation, or Germinal mutation

Mutations within an organism can occur in body cells or reproductive cells Germline mutation, or Germinal mutation is seen in a sperm cell but not in a skin cell. Some mutations doesn't have any effect on the phenotype of an organism. This can happen in many situations. Mutation can be caused by environmental factors such as ultraviolet radiation from the sun, or if an error is made as DNA which copies itself during cell division.
