Mutual induction:-

Due to the change in current flow with respect to time in primary coil magnetic flux linked through the secondary coil with respect to time change also because of this EMF induced in secondary coil

this phenomenon is called mutual induction

Where, mutual induction is directly proportional to number of turns.

Your answer is option (b) increase in numbers of turns.

Hope it helps:)
