FOR MUTUAL TRANSFER.
Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect, It is submitted that I am serving as a teacher under your kind control. I perform my duties with full zeal and zest. I have found a pleasant atmosphere of my present place of posting. But I face some problems while serving here because of being away from my home. I have to look after my parents/family therefore while present here I feel myself divided.
I am a permanent resident of Kasur District which is far away from Lahore. Therefore I intend to get myself transferred to Kasur. A substitute of mine named as Aslam whio is serving at Kasur is willing for his transfer at my place i.e. Lahore. He is a very hardworking teacher and devoted to his duties.
Therefore, it is requested that our mutual transfer may be made after the issuance of formal order, so that we may serve for the department easily.
