My dog barks at strangers. Is the sentence correct ?

Both are correct, pretty much, but the wording “a dog” is strange in this context (unless you are one of the faceless men in GOT). ... But “will your dog bark at a stranger?” is fine.

no it's wrong because its not barks on strangers

the right sentence is My dog barks on strangers.
