My favourite leader is Kim Namjoon.
He is the leader of the Korean boy band bangtan soyeondan. I chose him as my favourite leader because even though he is younger than his band mates he always acts as a caring dad for them. He was only a 16 year boy when he left his parents and came to Seoul, South Korea. He had many hardships during their rookie days as they were from a small company BigHit Entertainment. Now bangtan soyeondan is the world's biggest Korean boy band. They have massive fandom than any other pop celebrities. Their fandom is represented by the letter ARMY stands for Adorable Representative MC of Youth. The fandom is known for their love towards their idols. Even though they are at a high level now they never forget their rookie days and are always thankful for their fans. Kim Namjoon learnt english only by watching the english television show FRIENDS. This shows how much he had love to converse with their international fans.

My favourite leader is Yang Jungwon. He is the leader of a Korean boy band named Enhypen. The group debuted under Belift Entertainment which is now a part of BigHit Entertainment The group debuted in 2020. This consist of 7 boys. The members of the group are Lee Heeseung, Jay Jongsung Park, Sim Jaeyun, Bang Sung-hoon, Kim Sun-woo, Yang Jungwon and Nishimaru Riki. Yang Jungwon was born on 9 February 2004 which means he is only 17 years old. Even though he is only 17 he guides the group very well. Within 2 weeks after debut the group won 'Next Leader' award at the 2020 The Fact Music Awards. It is impossible for a band to receive a award that too after only 2 weeks of debut. It would be impossible for them to receive the award without Yang Jungwon's guidance. He is just 17 yet he takes a lot of responsibility on top of his shoulder this proves he is the best leader. I don't mean other group's leaders are not the best but achieving world fame as a leader just at 17 is something incredible and the fact that he achieved it is what makes him my favourite leader.
