My friend asked me why you people shed tears in memory of Imam Hussain (on Muharram) but not when our soldiers die? Isn't it wrong to ask such question?

It's not really a "wrong" answer. It's okay to cry over the death of a religious teacher or someone as revered as Imam Hussain. But at the same time, you must think of how much our Indian soldiers have done for us. Every day, hundreds of children are orphaned, hundreds of wives are widowed and thousands of men and women are killed at our borders. It is only fair if we give the respect and grief they deserve. After all, they are the ones keeping us safe in the present, not Imam Hussain. I don't mean to hurt your religious sentiments, but it's absurd that you don't care about our jawans as much as Imam Hussain.
