my friend has health problem but doesnt share or explain this to his teacher and class mate

Tell him to have some counselling at a good counsellor as such children feel awkward in telling their problem and think that everybody would sympathize with them or make fun of them... Make him comfortable yourself or suggest him a counsellor... If there is a counselling cell in your school then take him there.. Hope it would help
