my friend saw a library book lying on a table of class room he gave it to the class moniter to hand over to the class teacher but he misplace it what can my friend and moniter do

If your class monitor has misplace the book in the self.
You can search for the book again in the library and then keep the book in the self it belongs or handle it to the school librarian.

YOUR FRIEND AND THE MONITOR SHOULD TRY TO FIND IT AND IF NOT THEN THEY SHOULD BUY THE SAME BOOK AND HAND IT OVER TO THE LIBRARIAN
