My general rank in the JEE Mains is 60,000, but I belong to the EWS CAT and I’m outside Delhi. Can I get a CLG in JAC counselling if I fill the Ews CAT there?

If you have OBC certificate then your OBC rank will be considered in JEE mains JOSAA counselling and you get a college through your category rank. If you don't have OBC certificate but you belongs to OBC then your general rank is considered.
