The story "my greatest olympic prize " is written by Jesse Owns . In the story the author tells it's readers about his love for olympic.
The author actually was sure about his win in the long jump category of the event in 1936 because in the very previous year he set the new record in long jump by breaking previous one. Before the start of the current event the author meet a German man who was practicing  for the long jump. As the author was aware about the favor of the whites and starts to feel inferior and took this thing in mind. In the end of the game the author was the second to win when he saw the number one of the long jump , he finds that same German man was the winner. Then that man came to the author and gives him a advice.
