In the poem "where did all the teachers go'' the poet actually advice the teacher to change their mindset. The poet questions the behaviours of the teachers in a very funny and humorous way .He talks about the attitude of teachers when they think they are perfect and there is no mistake can done by him.
Teacher actually goes to their houses and do other things but the behave like they never was the child. They expect the children to become the teachers and behave like a mature man while this is not right to expect as a child is a child. At the end poet advice the teachers to change their teaching method as well as the mindset towards the children in order to understand them .And they are also a humans so a teacher can also do a mistake.

For a little child a teacher is special. It is difficult for a small child to think of his/her teacher as an ordinary person.
