My house is almost damaged and cracked due to the recent natural calamities in kerala and it cannot be repaired. It can fall down at anytime. As a agrarian family, we are almost down and cannot afford to build a habitable home at our own. Also the rain water from nearby area is worsening the situation out here. How to write to the authorities for availing fund for the building a new house.
