From the perspective of a student who is in the age group of 12 to 17 years.

What I can do:

1. Handle my studies well.

2. Plan my day.

3. Help out in the kitchen.

4. Get grocery from the shops.

5. Use my pocket money to hang out with friends

6. Join an organisation as a volunteer.

7. Spread awareness about social and environmental issues.

8. Play the keyboard well.

9. Choose not to ever smoke all my life.

10. Follow an exercise routine regularly.

11. Go out of the way to help my friends.

12. Connect well with people of all age groups- babies, teenagers, young adults and even senior citizens.

What I cannot do:

1. Cook a complete meal.

2. Buy certain things like fabrics/vegetables

3. Make small talk.

4. Plan my future all by myself

5. Pretend to like dishonest people.

6. Be a state level champion in chess.

7. Go on treks on extreme terrain.

8. Meditate.
