Initial price = Rs 1
Current price = Rs 52
The increase in price = 52-1
                                  =  Rs 51
Percentage increase=  (Increase in price ÷Initial price) * 100
                                 = (51÷1) * 100
                                 = 51 * 100
                                 = 510 %
