When i wake up at 7:00 in the morning i take a run after i eat a healthy snack as in a banana and oat meal. Then instead of sitting I stand and i do some exercises like high knees, jump and jacks stuff like that. And if you have a dog go for walks about every 2 hours and walk your dog for 20 or 35 minutes. And just because everybody says eating salads will help doesn't mean it really does. Your body needs protein and protein is in yogurt, meats, and you can portion all that you eat so you can limit yourself.
