\huge \boxed{ \underline{ \underline{ \bf{Answer}}}}

CORRECT ANSWER :

 \boxed{ \huge \sf{(d)None \:  of  \: the  \: above}}

EXPLANATION :

If we look at the question and try to solve it according to the question Mathematically we can get the Answer as 7, which can be like this

 \sf{ \implies \:  {2}^{sinx} \:  = 4 }

 \sf{ \implies \:  {2}^{sinx} \:  =  {2}^{2} }

 \sf{ \implies \:  sinx \:  =  2 }

Now,

  =   \sf{{(sinx)}^{2} + 3}

  =   \sf{{(2)}^{2} + 3}

 = 7

But this is not the right answer.

We can get the right answer by doing this sum logically.

We know that the maximum value of Sinx can be 1, which is Sin90° = 1.

So, if we put the highest value of Sinx in the given equation we get,

 \implies \:  \sf{ {2}^{sin90 \degree \: }}  = 4

 \implies \:  \sf{ {2}^{1 }}  = 4

 \implies \:  \sf{2= 4} \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: , \: which \:  is \:  not\: possible

Therefore, the value of Sinx doesn't exist.

 \boxed{ \sf{Hence,  \: the \:  answer \:  will \:  be \:  : (d)None  \: of \:  the \:   above.}}
