v=om/s
u=18km/hr=5m/s
t=2.5s
a=(v-u)÷t   =-5/2.5   =-2
retardation = 2m/s ^{2}

Speed = 18×(1000÷3600) m/s
= 18×(5÷18) m/s
= 5 m/s
R e t a r d a t i o n = Speed ÷ Time
= 5÷2.5 m/s²
= 2 m/s²
