and,

α × β = 42



general formula of Quadratic Equation is

x² - (α + β)x + αβ = 0 

=> x² - (-15)x - 42 = 0

=>x² + 15x - 42 = 0

√3x² - 8x + 4√3

=> √3x² - 6x - 2x + 4√3

=> √3x(x - 2√3) - 2(x - 2√3)

=> (√3x - 2)(x - 2√3)

=> x = 2/√3

AND,

x = 2√3
