Let the no. of rupees 5 coins be x
no. of rupees 2 coin = 3x
no. of rupees 1 coin = 160-(x+3x)
= 160-4x

Amount for rupees 5 coins = 5x
Amount for rupees 2 coins = 2×3x = 6x
Amount for rupees 1 coins = 1×(160-4x) = 160-4x

At the question :-

5x + 6x + 160 - 4x = 300
7x + 160 = 300
7x = 300 - 160
7x = 140
x = 140/7
x = 20

• no. of rupees 5 = 20
no. of rupees 2 coins = 3 × 20 = 60
no. of rupees 1 coin = 160 - 4x
= 160 - 4 × 20 = 80
= 160 - 80
= 80
