My questions is difference between energy and minerals

Energy gives us the power to do our work and strength.

Minerals means the substance that we eat or drink like water ( only one example) . The actual thing is mineral is a substance which helps us to stay healthy ...... umm.. like drain water is drunk by the dogs literally it can make anyone feel sick.
