my rank in jee advanced 2020 is 134 open category and i prefer cse which collage to choose?

Oh...really? Congratulations....
According to me you should keep in mind various aspects like Ranking of the college, surrounding of the college, environment of the campus etc..
You can easily get into IIT...AIR 134 is quite appreciative......I will advice IIT ROORKEE, IIT BOMBAY OR IIT BBSR...
